Eucalyptus has to be one of the most beautiful sprays of greenery to decorate with. I love the delicate blue/green colour that is beautifully touched with grey.

Eucalyptus looks fabulous in any setting and as a colour works perfectly with other neutrals. I have shown it here with a soft pale greige and mid tone and dark browns. This is a stunning natural colour palette that is perfect for interiors.

These are some of my go-to beige colours that I know work really well.

Haymes and Resene paints also make their ranges of beige tones from very pale to dark so that you can select the right tonal level for your home. This can be really useful if you would like to use different strengths of a colour in your bedrooms to the open plan living area.

It also works well for finding the right off white for your trims and ceiling. This way you get a neutral colour palette that works really well.

It is a travesty that poor beige has been relegated to the bottom of the pile when it comes to colour.

It gets such a poor rap, but in my recent post, I will be showing you beige done right: stylish ways to use this classic hue.

How do you like the sound of Putnam Ivory, Jute, Cinnamon Sugar, Sandbar, Parchment or Oak Buff?
