I can’t recall a time when Dulux Natural White wasn’t popular. It is one of the most enduring white paints on the market, and for good reason. I have used it extensively over the years, both in my own home and in countless client projects. The appeal of Natural White lies in its softness — a gentle white with warm apricot undertones that retains a clean, fresh appearance. Many whites with similar warmth can feel dated over time, but Natural White has proven to be remarkably timeless.
Its warmth is most noticeable when placed alongside other whites. Used on its own, it simply reads as a soft, comfortable white that creates a calm, welcoming mood and a classic finish.
With an LRV of 85, Natural White is slightly deeper than other popular whites in the Dulux range, such as Snowy Mountains Quarter and Casper White Quarter, making it a versatile and forgiving choice across a wide range of interiors.

Dulux Natural White has been used in the above room on the walls, trim and ceiling. You can confidently use this white with warm travertine tiles as they are a perfect complement to each other.

Natural White also works perfectly with oak flooring.
I have used Dulux Natural White on the walls of this home, paired with Dulux Narrow Neck on the joinery. The subtle green undertones of Narrow Neck complement the soft apricot warmth of Natural White beautifully, creating a balanced and cohesive palette.
Natural White is also a popular choice for exteriors, and it can work very successfully with the right considerations. It is a bright white, so aspect and scale matter. I particularly love it as an accent trim colour, but it can also be used on exterior walls where the home does not have a strong west-facing aspect. Smaller homes — especially weatherboard houses — tend to carry Natural White exceptionally well, as the colour enhances architectural detail without feeling overpowering.

Just remember that an LRV of 85 is bright outside, so I generally wouldn't specify this for a large property.

Dulux now make Natural White as a powdercoat colour so this is very useful if your trim colour on your house is Natural White and you wanted to use a powdercoated finish for balustrades or other metal elements.
I would love to hear if you have used Dulux Natural White.
