At first glance, it sounds overwhelming, however this is a useful design tool to use as depending on the colour and tone you select, it can create a very calming environment that acts as a background for artworks and other items you want to display.

Have you noticed how appliance cupboards are getting larger? These are great for storing appliances that you don't want on show all the time and perfect for a coffee and tea making area.

Pocket doors have been used in this design which is perfect as they slide to the side of the cabinet and keep out of everyone's way.

Always consider how you will finish the interior of an appliance cupboard like this one. Continuing the use of marble works well here and using a timber veneer for the shelving adds another nice design point.
